Mystery flower shawl in six clues
Spring is an exciting season. In the field, in the woods, in the garden, flowers bloom one after another. You can let many flowers bloom in this shawl. The pattern is mystery. Be surprised what types of spring flower you will knit.
Bloom Bloom is a triangular shaw/ kerchief worked in one piece from the center back to the bottom edge. There are 6 different types of spring flower patterns
Yarn: Schulana Kid-Seta (Laceweight; 70% mohair, 30% silk; 210 m 231 yd per 50 g) or equivalent lace-weight mohair yarn. You can also knit with merino yarn (or other blend yarns which have lots of elasticity) such as Madelinetosh Tosh Lace. (Recommended yarns and needles from testers)
Needles: 3.25mm (US 3) to 4.0mm (US 6) (depending on your tension and elasticity of yarn) circular needle, 80cm (32 in) or longer. I recommend sharp pointed needle. Sample with Schulana Kid-Seta is knitted with 3.75mm [US 5] needles.
